All of our products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders from The Netherlands and Belgium. No code necessary, free shipping will be applied at checkout. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receivey our order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.
